We love spending time in our tea room! But, we also love occasionally stepping away from work to rest and recenter. Every year in January, we close for a few weeks so our team can travel and spend time with family/friends. We look forward to seeing you back in the tea room on January 26, 2023!!!

Welcome to Sip Tea Room! We are currently offering reservations for Full Traditional Afternoon Tea Experience & and our Lighter Fare Menu. Walk-in guests are welcome to order from the Lighter Fare Menu, as space is available. Reservations strongly recommended. Learn more below…

Full Traditional Afternoon Tea Experience

** Reservations Required **

Guests enjoy a prix fixe menu presented on a three-tier serving stand that includes: two baked sausage rolls (or veggie rolls) with HP Brown Sauce, a selection of freshly prepared tea sandwiches, a warm English scone, SIP clotted cream, preserves, lemon curd, tossed greens, fresh fruit, a delicate sweets selection and a pot of loose leaf tea. $49, per guest.

We make our food in the SIP kitchen using fresh, local ingredients to create the perfect seasonal menu – sandwiches, scones and dessert selections change regularly. All guests must be included on a reservation; we do not “add” extra guests to your table on the day – this includes children over the age of two. Thank you for understanding. **Vegetarian menu requests and allergens must be noted when booking reservations**

Walk-in guests are invited to order from our Lighter Fare Menu between 11am-2pm. Reservations are highly recommended.

Items may include SIP’s Classic Tea, Cream Tea, Children’s Tea, Quiche, Soup and Sweets. We offer several seasonal items, and daily selections are limited and change regularly. **Full Traditional Afternoon Tea Service is NOT available on the Lighter Fare Menu.**
